So the house pictured above is my Great Aunt Susan's home here in Provo. On Sunday we had a little party there to celebrate my cousin Amanda's daughter being blessed. The interesting trivia that I learned while I was there was that scenes for the movie Footloose were shot at the home! How weird is that? I know that there are a lot of places around Utah County that the movie was filmed but what are the odds that your great aunt would end up owning the house? The baby blessing was a lot of fun. For some reason the Stott's are terrible and keeping in touch with each other. I don't know what is wrong with us but it's just the way we are. There were so many people there that I hadn't seen in long, first and foremost my Uncle Ken and Aunt Mary. I hadn't seen them since I was in high school. It was fun to catch up with cousins, my grandpa, and aunts and uncles.

It was so good to catch up with you at the blessing party. I look in your site every once in a while -- you are so talented! (From photography to pickles!) Say hello to your mom; I didn't get much chance to talk to her that day.
